My Vision

To be present and engaged in my children's education. To be for them an effective mentor and role model, a coach and cheer-leader, to have the wisdom to know when to push them past their comfort zones vs. knowing when a little more time under our wings would better prepare them to stretch their own wings powerfully and confidently. To homeschool them joyfully and successfully, to always put them first.  To attractively set the table of knowledge before my children, and invite them to feast!

To reach out to like-minded families to create a community of homeschoolers made up of members who who are passionate about education, creativity and wholesome family values. Who are concerned about many things they see around them yet want to take a proactive role in the solutions, by BEING the CHANGE we WANT to SEE in the world!

To achieve this by doing everything in our power to raise the next generation of dynamic, engaged, caring, responsible youth that just has its head screwed on right! Who due to their unique and diversified home-education will have their own unique contributions to offer our beautiful little country!

To organize informal gatherings and activities for homeschooling parents and their kids, providing a support system, as well as creating social opportunities and life-long friendships. These ongoing meetups would provide an opportunity for kids to play together, create together, as well as work together alongside their parents, including volunteer work, sports games and music recitals, poetry readings, and exhibitions of children's artwork and hobbies. I envision fun hangouts for the kids in the presence of parents as true mentors and role models, with parents sharing their passions with their children and their children's friends.

I can really see this happening!
